Want to record important calls for future reference? Here's how to use the "Call Recording" feature in your second phone number app:
Activating Call Recording:
- Open the app: Launch the Second Phone Number app on your device.
- Access Settings: Tap the gear icon (Settings) in the top right corner (available on both the "Message" and "Make a Call" screens).
- Find Call Recording: Scroll down in the Settings menu and locate the "Call Recording" option.
- Enable Recording: Tap the toggle switch next to "Call Recording" to activate it.
Alternatively, you can:
- Enable/disable recording directly from the dial pad: Look for a "Record Call" button.
Managing Recordings:
- Access recordings: Tap the "Make a Call" icon (phone icon) at the bottom of the app screen. Look for the "Recents" icon (clock icon) in the top right corner and tap it.
- View list: You'll see a list of recorded calls with details like date, time, and call type. Tap on a recording to play it back.
- Delete recordings: Look for a "My Recordings" section within Call Recording settings. From there, you can either delete individual recordings or clear all recordings associated with specific numbers.
Additional Information:
- Auto-delete Recordings: Set recordings to automatically delete after a specific timeframe (e.g., never, 1 day, 1 month) in the Call Recording settings.
- Multiple numbers: If you have multiple numbers, you can access recordings according to the associated numbers in 'My Recordings'.
Please note:
- Before using the call recording feature, check your local laws regarding call recording regulations.
Enjoy the convenience of recording your calls!
