Can I make calls to any country using my 2nd Phone Number?

Yes, you can make calls to most countries using your 2nd Phone Number, but there are a few things to keep in mind:

  • International Calling Requires Credits: While calls and texts to US and Canadian numbers are often free (subject to fair usage policies), calls to other countries require International Credits. You can purchase these credits within the Second Phone Number app.

  • Check Country Availability: While Second Phone Number supports calling a wide range of countries, there may be some exceptions due to local regulations or technical limitations. You can check if your desired country is supported within the app or by contacting Second Phone Number's support team.

  • Know the Country Code: Remember to include the correct country code when dialing an International number. While entering a number, look for a flag icon or a drop-down menu where you can select the country and its corresponding code.

Here's a step-by-step guide to making International calls with your 2nd Phone Number:

  1. If you haven't already, purchase enough credits to cover your desired call duration.
  2. Open the Second Phone Number app and tap the Make a Call icon.
  3. Enter the International phone number you want to call, including the correct country code (e.g., +1 for US/Canada, +61 for Australia).
  4. Review the estimated credit usage displayed next to the phone icon before placing the call.
  5. If you have enough credits, tap the Phone icon to connect the call.

Remember:

  • Double-check you've entered the correct country code before dialing.
  • Ensure you have a strong and stable internet connection for both you and the person you're calling. This helps maintain good call quality and prevents interruptions.
  • If you're calling outside the US and Canada, verify you have enough International Credits or if your plan includes International calls.
