Having trouble with others hearing you on 2nd Phone Number calls?

Microphone Permissions: 

  • Second Phone Number needs access to your device's microphone to transmit your voice during calls. It never stores any recordings.
  • Grant microphone permissions(iOS): Open Settings and go to Privacy & Security-> Microphone. Find Second Phone Number and toggle the switch ON.

Additional Tips:

  • Weak or unstable Wi-Fi or data can cause call quality issues.
  • Sometimes a simple app restart can resolve glitches.
  • Test if the issue persists on another device.
