What are the different statuses I might see during the profile verification process?

While completing Profile Verification on Second Phone Number, you may come across the following statuses: 

  • Pending: Your verification hasn’t started yet. In some cases, you may need to provide additional documents or details before it can begin. 
  • Started: Your documents have been received, and the verification checks are underway. 
  • Processing: The system is carefully reviewing and validating the information you submitted. 
  • Approved: Great news—your profile verification is complete, and your account is fully verified.
  • Failed: The verification could not be completed. This may happen due to incomplete or unclear documents, incorrect information, or a technical issue. If this occurs, the process will reset to Pending, and you’ll be able to resubmit your documents.
