Why doesn't the App allow me to call a specific country?

Legal and technical restrictions: Some countries have regulations restricting or prohibiting calls from VoIP services due to concerns about security, quality, or licensing.

Network instability: In certain countries, the infrastructure might not be well-optimized for VoIP calls, resulting in frequent drops or poor call quality.

Tech incompatibility: Sometimes, the technology used by the Second Phone Number App might not be compatible with the telecommunications systems in a specific country due to differences in protocols or standards.

Limited authorization: In some cases, a government might only allow 2nd Phone Number calls from a limited set of authorized VoIP services, and might not be on that list.

It's important to note that these restrictions and compatibility issues can change over time, making it challenging to provide a definitive answer without knowing the specific country you're trying to call.
