Why am I still getting charged after deactivating the Second Phone Number App?

We understand your concern about recurring charges. It's important to know that simply deleting the app or deactivating your account doesn't automatically cancel your subscription and stop future charges.


Here's what you need to do:

  1. Cancel your subscription: You can cancel your subscription directly through your app store settings. For that: Go to Settings > App Store > Subscriptions. Find the Second Phone Number App subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.
  2. Check for pending charges: If you recently canceled, you might see a pending charge that will automatically be removed within a few days.

Remember:

  • All subscription management occurs through your app store, not within the Second Phone Number App itself.
  • Canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle ensures you won't be charged again.
